1. Party Inquiry and Confirmation
Thank you for your interest in hosting a party with Fairytale Tea Parties! Completing the inquiry form does not guarantee availability. The inquiry form is the only method for submitting a request, and Fairytale Tea Parties processes inquiries on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once your inquiry form has been reviewed and availability is confirmed, the following steps must be completed to finalize your booking:
Electronic Signature: You will need to electronically sign the Terms & Conditions via Adobe Sign.
Deposit: After signing the Terms & Conditions, a non-refundable deposit invoice will be sent via Square Payment Processor to secure your booking.
Confirmation Deadline: The signed Terms & Conditions and the non-refundable deposit must be returned within 24 hours to secure your event date and time. If these steps are not completed within the 24-hour window, the hold on your requested date and time will be released.
